On top of the Riviera: Eze
On top of a mountain in the south of France is a medieval town name Eze. Eze, most nearest to Nice is only accessible from the highest cornish in the Alpes. Following narrow brick walkways you see several small specialty stores and ancient architecture as endearing as your favorite Walt Disney movie. Once you arrive at the tippy top you can pay to get into the famous exotic garden of Eze where you will find the best panoramic views of the Mediterranean and some pretty amazing cacti and succulents. The most gratifying part of this garden, is not the giant cacti or even the view, but the several female sculptures by french artist, Jean-Philippe Richard. His homage to goddesses, feminity and the earth can be explored through his keepers of the garden.
