Daily shop

One thing (along with morning coffee) that we will miss when we leave Zadar will be our daily shop, usually in this part of the market where there are - to our eyes - the best value vegetable stalls, all ones based on market gardens run by families. Not many tourists find their way to this part of the market, which is a bit smelly because of the proximity of the fish market (which is literally built into the bastion) and various stalls selling chickens.

Walking through the archway this morning, this was first time that I'd noticed that little sign on the wall at the end.
