The Union flag and the thistle

The flag is flying over the Inverness Town House on Armistice Day. Normally up there is the saltire, the St Andrew's Cross. We've had so much saltire waving up here, that it's nice to see a different flag. I don't mind it. Why have one nationality when you can have two?
