Police Scotland Day 223, Year 2 - Everest

A huge congratulations to Constable Alan Long who has helped raise almost £10K for Yorkhill Children's Charity.

Last month Alan swapped the streets of Glasgow's East End for the dizzy heights of Everest to take part in a trek to Everest base camp.

He walked with a group for around 8 hours per day to raise money for the cause.

A great achievement!
