Coconut Stall - Speightstown Barbados

Our last day in Barbados so we took a bus up to Speightsown for lunch at the Fisherman's Pub, which was sadly closed.
Sunday in Barbados is very quiet with most shops (and bars) shut and you see very few people on the street.
Most people appeared to be in the churches which were really busy.
This coconut stall was open but when I asked for a coconut water they said that they didn't do it on the husk on Sunday's only from bottles which they'd filled.
So we had a bottle, which was OK but it wasn't the same.
