Text In Art

This plaque is almost hidden behind a Pay & Display machine on a street in Exeter. Two stories exist about it's existence, one that it's an art 'installation' from the days before installations were fashionable and two, that it's a memorial to a girl who was killed on the railway line (on the other side of the wall).

Who knows... someone must, and I disagree with that person, I love text in art.
