Hellfire

For some reason fire ants are really attracted to me. The seek me out and sting the hell outta me. Sometimes over a hundred times a day. (And there's no shortage of them in the desert.)

We had some house geckos move in and we decided to ket them stay because they were doing a great job of eating the ants. But now it's getting cold and the geckos are slowing down.

I miss Missouri, where indoor ant infestations were almost always sugar ants and harmless despite how annoying they were.
