Walking with Dinosaurs...

.. Well not quite...

today me, mum and the boy went fossil hunting with the work conservation group.
Glorious weather- started with breakfast in a local cafe then onto the beach. The boy behaved impeccably with a sunny nature and cheerful grin the whole time, only moaning at the very end when his welly boots were hurting him.

We found mostly fossil wood. The photo is of a fossilised tree stump sticking out of the London clay.. beautiful!
