...and Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday.
Opened the fridge to a frankly alarming amount of ageing vegetables and eggs earlier so here we are.
Roasted onions, peppers, courgettes, tomatoes and garlic; spicy veg soup (celery, celeriac, potato, pepper, onion, garlic and scotch bonnets); potato and onion fritatta.
Just out of shot is three cubic-yards of rice and peas.
