Job done!

Notice handed in. Contract signed!

His current work plans to 'love bomb' him apparently to make him stay which is flattering but unhelpful. He is so relieved and happy and looking forward to a new challenge.

Other item of note was Anna's first session in the school band and my first experience of carrying a double bass on the school run. She'd better learn to drive if she moves on to bigger sizes.

Everything else was normal and quite domestic and very lovely.
