Heilan Coo at Istiane on the Black Isle. That thick coat would've come in handy today - first 'good' frost of the Winter. And as predicted yesterday, the Nasturtiums were finally zapped by this morning.

Did cycle, but only after digging out the thermals. Downhill stretches are taken slowly at this time of year. Not just for the odd icy bits. The windchill can be somewhat extreme. Digits suffered the most, despite pre-warming of shoes and gloves on the radiator. It's barely been above zero (Centigrade) all day, and still isn't. Forecast is better for the remainder of the week.

The distant lump in the background of the above Blip, is Ben Wyvis. No decent snow up there yet. Merely a brief smattering last week.
