Cooking My Waffle

Waffle House, Inc., is a restaurant chain with more than 2,100 locations in 25 states in the United States. Most of the locations are in the South, where the chain remains as a regional cultural icon. Waffle House is headquartered in an unincorporated part of Gwinnett County, Georgia, near Norcross. (From Wikipedia) When we travel, we often have at least one meal at Waffle House, and it's usually in the early evening. I get the same order, a plain waffle with butter and syrup, and a bowl of grits. This is Tony preparing my waffle near Florence, SC on our way home from the NC mountains.
