Stripey Sky

We drove to the Trafford Centre today, primarily to return and exchange some scatter cushions that we bought from John Lewis at the end of last week.

It's aways difficult to get precisely the right colours when you are relying on the picture of a room in your head, hence the need to make the return. However, today we nailed it, armed with iPad photos of the suite, rug and curtains etc. so our second visit in four days was worthwhile I'm relieved to say!!

On the way to Manchester, the sky looked stunning; blue and beautifully painted almost, with zig zaggy stripes and interesting shapes. Worth a shot from the car window, I thought - so here it is!
