MonoMonday:Dialogue

I work for an advice agency and one of the things I have to do at work is answer the phone when people want to make an appointment to come and see us. I offer the date and time of the appointment and then I have to ask "And what is the general subject area of your enquiry?" That's usually enough to set people off and our dialogue then becomes a monologue while I'm treated to a blow by blow account of every single thing that's gone wrong in their life. It's not always easy to shut some people up!

I'm not sure that this works as both mono and macro. It looks a bit blurry to me.
