Mono Monday: Dialogue

Lots of dialogue occur in the office at work, and some of it is very loud. Here the girls take the orders from our customers, some of whom are rather hard of hearing.

" Hello, it's Oakhouse Foods here. Do you need anything this week? "

.....

" I SAID, IT'S OAKHOUSE FOODS HERE ... "

" OAK HOUSE FOODS "

What's really lovely to hear is that the girls never lose their patience or sense of humour. They always have a laugh with the customer ( if they can make themselves heard! ) and make every effort to ensure they get what they think they want ( which is not always what they might ask for, as sometimes there can be some confusion over codes and quantities ).

We always say though, that we're all heading the same way and hope people will be as patient with us when we get there!
