Bloody rain

A lack of water will, they say, be the cause of great conflict in the future. My daughter is in a city (Mumbai) were the streets have recently been rivers. Today it has rained for thirteen hours and still is. There is no logic to it. Perhaps the sun will come out for my 200th blip which I've just noticed is next up.
