A Nice Walk

I went to see Helen today for a manicure, and she reminded me that it's only six weeks until Christmas, (must get organised.) She's still enjoying married life and has recently acquired a new puppy, a cockapoo - not too big and adorable.

On the way home I decided to stop off at the park; my energy levels have been low today, and so I didn't feel like going further afield. Anyway it did the trick - the short walk cheered me up no end, and I feel a lot better for it.
