So I am home alone. As of this afternoon. For a week and a day.

I kind of like it, being home alone, but 3 days or so is usually enough.

I will no doubt survive and will try harder than usual to keep on top of the dishes.

On today's menu was running, a trip to the airport and sushi.

Emergency blip of my new bedside lamp, complete with neighbouring feather boa. It looks scorched but it's not in reality - nobody panic!
