~Nascar # 43~

Today we went to Nascar in Phoenix Arizona.... It was a beautiful day for the races..
Kasey Kahne #5 is our driver......not because of his number but because he's from our area.....
And second choice is Jimmy Johnson #48. He wrecked half way through the race but wasn't hurt.
The drivers race 300 laps which is 300 miles.
Anyway to get to my picture my friend Vicki and I have favorite numbers. Hers being #43 because it was her son's favorite and mine being # 5 because it was my son Jim's race number.
It seems that whatever race I go to being Nascar or Skagit sppedway these two cars always seem to be neck and neck. Neither of our drivers placed today but none the less I was rooting for them.
I thought Vicki might just enjoy this picture for today so here's to you Vicki..............
