Manchester......my home town.....remembers......lest we forget

Met up with Bee and Kath in Town... ( Manchester) how proud I felt watching all the service men and women marching and participating in today's service at the Cenotaph.....although I took rooks of pics......this one made me stop and think....this little girl looked as though she was mesmerised by the poppies on the little wooden crosses......it struck me as being quite poignant

I felt so proud......I have a great great uncle who died in France in the First World War
I am now on a mission to look him up on the military Archive Records
