E wasn't convinced by the big spinney swing (I didn't spin her). The Husband took the F'ers swimming again to build their confidence.

Bad night with E, she wanted up at 4.30, but she's got the cold that I've got so I guess it's to be expected.

Did some gardening. That's about it.
