Window removal

They put the windows in
they take the windows out
in out in out etc you get the idea. During a visiting science lesson I was informed the workmen were there to take out a window which was broken and replace it. However the replacement was the wrong size so we would have to wait for it to be sorted. Thankfully not too long but a noisy and cold process. Why it wasn't done in the holidays or why when replacing windows measurements weren't thoroughly checked? Originally when they put in these windows before the summer they had been measured wrongly.
