Post swimming treat to refuel before shopping sorry about the mouthful of sandwich!

Had a lovely swim with Jack while daddy went in the gym, then steam room while daddy joined the boy in the pool.

After swimming we stopped for two mins silence which was moving and then went shopping.

Slow roast pork for dinner which was delish. Love weekends :)
