Early Spring

Louis has been caught by surprise this year, like everyone else in the business. Trees have started running a good 3 weeks ahead of time. Louis has been drilling them like crazy all week.

Tomorrow, we're supposed to boil. I'm very happy with that because in 3 weeks I'm going to Europe and I would have missed it.
