A good Birthday haul

One problem about visiting a farmer's market when you are away from home is not being able to buy most of the produce you see.

However I scored rather well on the chilli stall. Padron, Sweet Heat, Aji Lemon Drop, dried Scotch Bonnet and some tomatillos. I would happily have bought one of everything but sense did eventually prevail.

Just making a birthday chilli and drinking some Oyster Bay Sauv B (present from Libby). Tigs bought me a whole set of bamboo knitting needles which is really thrilling if you are a knitter - and probably sounds a bit bizarre if you aren't :)
