Nice.....but...

Had a look at this house today.

Nice house, but problems. Plumbing has an issue and since we had a house that cost us $2500 earlier in the year with something very similar......hmmm...plus it needed new windows fitting at the back ($2500), and the houses around it are....ummmm....poor.

Keeping this one on the back burner. Really is price dependant.
