Rachel and her Boys

Alan and Sheila came for lunch today. I feel oddly settled - Steve and Alan were very close. When our kids were young I became anxious as to what would happen if Steve and I were both killed in an accident. I'm an only child and Steve's brother was well past the age of caring for a brood. Without hesitation Alan and Sheila agreed to be put in our will as carers of our four - should the worst happen. I'll never forget their
lack of hesitation in agreeing to this - it meant a huge amount to me! Steve never thought anything bad would happen.
