Remembrance

The Woodbridge Remembrance Sunday service is held in the open air on Market Hill, directly after the two minutes' silence and the laying of wreaths .

Woodbridge is small and the town square is crowded with people of all ages - shoulder to shoulder, neighbour with neighbour, tiny cub scouts and the oldest of ex-servicemen and women, together with acting servicemen from the local barracks - all remembering that we must never forget the horror of war..
