Malta

Again, we have holidayed here, many years ago with Mum and Dad. I think it was 1988 when were last here, and what an improvement in the island.

We took the bus to Mosta, and visited the Dome. During the 2nd World War a bomb hit the Dome and slid down the aisle without going off, just as well as there were over 300 people inside at the time attending a mass.

I lit 3 candles, one each for Mum, Dad and Dennis (our neighbour who died earlier his year).

We then took the bus again to Valetta the capital and had a wander round, stopped of at a shop and Roy bought me a piece of Mdina glass.
