there are parachutists here

really. i knew I wouldn't be able to zoom enough when I took the shot but I liked the tree and the person shuffling along.

Anyway today we saw some friends- Doug and Edwin- at old sarum, which is near Salisbury, and there is an airfield there and parachutists over the plain. We had lunch at the Harvester because it was near but it was not too good food wise. Unless you like deep-fried grease. Mr nut thought the doughballs were ok, and at least I didn't have to clean the floor after.

went for a walk and investigated a church
saw some ruins and made dirt angels
had a nap

then we went to Stockbridge for tea.. not sure how it happened or where he stowed it but when we got back to the car we found the boy in possession of a shiny teaspoon. After the coat incident he's turning into a right little thief.
