A real sojourn today

As is the norm I was out of my motel in Dunedin before 10am and on my way. I decided because as i was in no hurry, to go the scenic route home.
SO I pulled in at Kaka Point, then moved on to Nugget point lighthouse (from which this shot is taken). Stopped for lunch at Owaka, drove through and past Purakanui, Matai and Macleans Falls. Walked amongst the petrified forest at Curio bay, Drove past an overturned car on a gravel Road, through Fortrose and pulled in at Countdown in Invercargill.
I got home at 6pm!!!!! Oops was definitely a long trip (other shots can be seen here)
