Even though I've spent years perfecting the art of shopping, when I woke up this morning I found myself with absolutely nothing to wear. And despite my best efforts up town, including taking a stack of empty carrier bags with me to save paying 5p a pop, I still returned home without any clothes.

Sometime when I wasn't looking, I must have turned into Lily Allen's Nan.
