Fuel stop at Bajo Caracoles

Bajo Caracoles is a filling station come hotel stuck absolutely in the middle of the Patagonian nowhere and is the only place to have fuel for hundreds of kilometres in every direction. It is also frequently out of fuel (we were lucky) but as it is also a hotel travellers can at least wait in relevant comfort. When we arrived the owner/attendant was having lunch and had closed both the pumps and restaurant - fortunately he didn't have a siesta and we were only there for an hour or so.
