KAREN

Our friend Karen had a stroke 4 years ago, although with restrictions to her right arm and leg she has made wonderful progress. She is a member of Headway and today at the 3-2-5 Gym in Lancaster they held a Triathlon with members swimming also running and cycling on the gym's machines. It was wonderful to see the members of participating.
Following the events there was a lovely afternoon tea and the day raised a considerable amount for the charity. This blip is of Karen receiving her certificate for completing the event.
I took 283 photographs and after editing them I hope to make a DVD for Karen of the day.
