Year 2, Day 293 - Buachaille Etive Mor

Dale is at her dads this weekend but yet she texted me at 7am to ask if training was on!!!!! So, decided just to get up and head out for the day and the dog and I are now curled up on the sofa with the possibility of an early night! I know how to party on a Saturday night...

First stop was the Kingshouse to walk the dog and take this view, then I went along to Kinlochleven and another quick walk, then to Signal Rock for another walk. The weather was just perfect until I got back in the car and headed back. I stopped at Rannoch Moor to have my soup (cant beat soup out of a flask) and to wait and see if the sun would come back out but the cloud was back and it rained all the way home.

I have been putting out bird seed every day which just disappears and I have seen a few crows in the garden and I thought they were stealing it all but when I opened the kitchen blind this morning I was face to face with a squirrel! Now I know who's been stealing it all! I can forgive him/her - they're just too cute not to!
