who are this lot?

very confusing at work today. Arrived to find the direction board outside now says its
'Easthill Park Hospital'. Has the Trust been taken over during the night? In the normally empty (at weekends anyway) entrance hall its crowded. Hard to tell who is who but I've rarely seen patients here with such lovely hats and the others , despite the uniforms and NHS name badges seem a little too polished (including their nails which I'm sure matron would not approve of) and doing too much hanging around to be staff.
They had some impressive kit , huge cameras and lights, which I also photographed but I liked this one of the presumed actors hanging around.
