Candle.

By the time I got organised today and dealt with various chores, the light levels were grim and since it is Remembrance Sunday tomorrow, I decided to photograph a candle in the gloom. I think the 100th anniversary of the start of WW1 has prompted many people to think about their family history. As far as I can work out six members of my family were involved in WW1, two were killed, two left with permanent physical injuries and two returned home in one piece. This was probably typical.
