Bridge and peace

I drive across this bridge at Ballineen a lot. It crosses the river Bandon which this day was in a hurry to Kinsale! In spite of all the water that passes beneath it the structure of the bridge doesn't get harmed underneath. Sadly, all the damage done to it is by the people whom it was built to keep dry! It's regularly scraped by vehicles driven by the hurried people who never use the bench!
