Light Piainting: Domes

Occasionally in the Royston Photographic Society, we have members practical nights where we all get envolved in doing themed shoots or experiences. For one of these evenings recently, one our members volunteered to host a light painting evening at her farm.

Here, two guests were playing around with fire and LED lights, allowing us to shoot amazing long exposure shots.

The picture was a layered combination of 5 photos. 4 were to create the light domes using a bicycle wheel spinning in different locations. The background was "painted" using a high powered torch. Finally, edited in Photoshop Elements 10.
