Looks Good To Me

Git Along, Little Dogies

We didn't find any cow pies -- I think the little dogies are long gone.

The Chisholm Trail was used by Texas ranchers to drive their cattle herds to the railheads in Kansas, where they would be sold and transported east.

The building in the background is the Willamson County Courthouse in Georgetown, a quaint little town where we spent an enjoyable afternoon.

I volunteered to take a group photo of some people who looked more like locals than I did. Afterwards, one of them said to me,"You ain't from 'round here, are you?" -- clearly a rhetorical question. It might have been my accent, my bright red NSEA t-shirt, my REI hat, or the camera hanging from my neck. "Not exactly", was my response.
