Glassy eyed

When you take, and share, a photo every day it has the advantage of opening your eyes to the beauty around you. (Beauty of course comes in many forms.) This is a glass ornament that I've walked past everyday without really appreciating its rotund beauty.

No 1 son arrived yesterday and unfortunately has a heavy cold. He manfully assisted with some leaf raking this morning but then retired to the comforts of the couch and a series of old comedy shows.

I tidied up after the windstorm and then moved the fig trees and goji bushes that we planted in the wrong place. It was good to be outdoors and in the sunshine too.
