High tech information display at T5 Heathrow

On route to Seattle at terminal 5 London Heathrow the Information Displays were not functioning. Luckily alternate systems were quickly deployed. User evaluation studies are now being undertaken to assert if these systems should be retained as they are proving to be quietly effective.
