What better way to unwind after a frustrating afternoon of bad plumbing and insurers and messages left on voicemails than some teatime lengths down at the pool. I didn't even time it or pay any attention to the clock whatsoever. Just up and down, up and down the required number of times. And then picked up the Chinese on the way home.
