Bare branches against the sky

Not a very exciting Blip I'm afraid, but the blue sky and sunshine was such a welcome sight today - I think its been over a couple of weeks since we had a day like this. Better still, the temperatures are on their way up too - low forties today, low fifties by the weekend! Maybe the end of this long, grey, snowy winter is in sight! I was at home today, except for my trip to the "Y" to go swimming, which is where I took this blip. I'd had plans to get a lot done, but somehow I didnt get as much accomplished as I'd hoped. This evening it was a "girls night out" at an Italian restaurant. The "girls" in question were members of the 5-week study on the Lords Prayer I have been taking at our church. They knew I was alone this week, and so one of them had suggested we went out to dinner one evening. We were only a small group, and a couple couldnt come, so there were just four of us. It was a great evening, and so nice getting to know them a bit better, especially J., who I hadnt known before this study.
