Glorious mud

Lovely day out today. C and I went down to Southampton to visit my Auntie & Uncle for the day. We played some of C's games that he brought with him & he introduced them to the world of Octonauts.

After lunch we got all our wellies and waterproofs on and headed off for an adventure walk in the woods. It was great, muddy, lots of tree branches to drag around, a big trip trap troll bridge and puddles galore. C loved it - I was pleased he was wearing his all in one waterproofs and wellies when he fell full length into a muddy puddle, unfortunately the brand new coat he was wearing is now not so much!! :-)

As we got back to the house the heavens opened and we dodged getting absolutely soaked. There was the biggest rainbow in a beautiful arc over the house which I managed to snap.
