Abel Tasman Track

This is my first multi day hike along one of New Zealand's Great Walks.

I cheated.

I am not yet good enough at the walking aspect to be lugging all I own on my back like a turtle. I instead stayed on the Aqua Packers boat which was essentially a floating backpackers complete with dinner, breakfast, hot showers and a comfy bed.

I would like to eventually be able to do one of the multi day hikes properly, staying in the DOC camps and carrying all I need but, to be frank, at the moment it needs too much space in my regular luggage and too much money spent. Oh well.

This swing bridge was terrifying by the way. It was way higher than it looks and really swingy. >_<
