Dark and Foreboding

The birds beat me up this morning, as they were singing happily when I left the house at 6 a.m.  That is Mt Iron in the background, and the 3 trees are by Edgewater Resort Hotel.

I spent the rest of the morning in the garden, cutting back broom, and tidying up the front path.  Then this afternoon I played 3 games of croquet, 1 up, 2 down.  It has been a beautiful sunny day, with fluffy which clouds and a gentle breeze.
