Change of Plan

We set out in the car for a walk at Kirkham Priory. However as we drove we hit a torrential downpour and black clouds showing no sign of relenting.

A quick change of plan saw us turn East towards the brighter weather. Filey was our destination and we managed to get a rather breezy but dry walk along the foreshore. It had a wintry feel along the Coble Landing. Coble is a type of fishing boat which is launched from the sands but with high bows to protect it from rough seas.
