Another lovely day in Leeds

Believe it or not, I have been to Leeds on two occasions when it wasn't raining; and on one of those trips it was actually warm. Today, however, was a day for the heavy jeans, the big sweater, the fur-lined parka, the scarf and the waterproof boots: business as usual, in other words.

Not wanting to be sued for libel I had better not say which hotel this pic was shot from; I will say that the mattress on our bed sagged so dramatically in the middle that CH and I had to cling to opposite edges of it to avoid repeatedly rolling into the centre and bouncing off each other. I am not at my sunny best after 3 hours sleep.
