Flying Fish Roe

We had another sashimi night tonight.. it was wonderful as usual.
Albacore, uni, ama-ebi (complete with fried heads), toro, otoro, maguro, salmon, hamachi, mackerel, seaweed salads, ikura, flying fish roe, scallops, unagi, ..... it goes on and on.
